Hello, I downloaded the the Game and pcsx2 too.I un-zipped the game and converted it to .iso but it will not load. I tried it with oder games too but it doesn`t work. I see the Loading screen but nothing moves, pls help

Downloaded the game but after unzipping there was no .exe file. Tried
to mirror the .iso (with virtual CloneDrive) but still nothing
happened.
Please let me know if you have an idea how to run the game!
