Battlefield 2 (abbreviated to BF2) is a first-person shooter developed by Digital Illusions and published by Electronic Arts in 2005. Is is the third game of the Battlefield franchise in which players fight on a modern battlefield using modern weapons systems. Battlefield 2 follows the commercial success of both Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield Vietnam. BF2 includes a single player mode with three levels of difficulty and a multiplayer mode which can be playing online or on LAN. Both singpleplayer and multiplayer use the same maps and the same game modes, although the online mode allows up to 64 players. Players can choose between 3 factions: the United States Marine Corps (USMC), the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), and the fictitious “Middle East Coalition (MEC)”. New expansion packs introduced new playeable factions.

How to play on Windows – Battlefield 2: Complete Collection (Preinstalled)

  1. Download and Extract Battlefield_2_Complete_Collection_v1.50_Win_ROM_EN.rar
  2. Open the “Game Files” folder and launch BF2.exe
  3. Play the game

    Guys, i need help. I have downloaded the complete collection. But when i try to play Special Forces, it does nothing. I go to main menu and then to the map, but there are no maps from Special Forces including Speznas. There are only US, EU, Rebels and China. But there has to be more. Please help!

      When you go in the game files, Does it say “No CD” If it does, Copy it and go to the games file location. After that paste the file there and it should be fixed. This method only works when you download it normally and don’t launch it after going to “No cd”.

    Hey, singleplayer works but when i want to join a lan server of a friend (same game copie) it kicks me. The other way around as well. Do u guys have any idea?

      multiplayer will no longer works due to the closer of Gamespy, you can play multiplayer on Game Ranger or Play BF2,

      you need a cd key for it, that fixed it for me. you need to lookup BF2keyman on google and do that to both computers trying to play. your welcome.

    This is what I found concerning the two games:

    They’re added onto the original game. They’re not separated. The Euro maps and the Armored Fury maps will probably be maps you’ve never noticed before. Browse through them in Singleplayer and look for map names like “Great Wall”, “Taraba Quarry”, “Operation Harvest”, “Operation Road Rage”, or “Midnight Sun”.

    To access the “Battlefield 2: Special Forces” pack follow the instructions:

    1.Open Battlefield 2 and log in to your Battlefield 2 account.
    2.Once logged in, click the Community Button, then Custom Games.
    3.Select the “xPack” game, which should be “Battlefield 2: Special Forces” and click Activate in the lower right. You will then be asked to restart the game.

    HOWEVER, “Battlefield 2: Euro Forces” and “Battlefield 2: Armored Fury” cannot be found. Any ideas?
