Extreme Boards & Blades is a 1999 sports game developed by Silverfish Studios and published by Head Games.
Extreme Boards & Blades features 20 different skaters, 15 unique arenas, and a ska punk soundtrack from Pferd. The game includes competition and free skate modes.
To begin the game, choose either a skateboarder or an in-line skater and select from half-pipe, street, and skate park courses. Choose free skate or competition and go out and catch some air.
In free skate mode, skaters can rip an unlimited number of tricks. The only way a free skate session ends is if the skater falls more than 15 times.
In competition mode, skaters go head to head against other shredders in an attempt to score the most points in timed runs. Skaters can choose from six arenas at the beginning of the game. Nine more become available as the skater conquers the original six.
Skaters get points for pulling off aerial, grind, and jump tricks. The bigger the trick is, the more points the skater receives.
Extreme Boards & Blades is abandonware and no longer sold or supported by its publishers. Files are archived here for these platforms:
