Front Page Sports: Baseball '94 is a sports simulation game created by Patrick Cook. It was developed by Dynamix and it was published by Sierra On-Line in 1994 for MS-DOS in both Floppy and CD. It was the first game in the Front Page Sports: Baseball series and the second brand for the Front Page Sports franchise.

Based on the 1994 Major League season, it was the first baseball game created under the Front Page Sports brand. The title offers an equally balanced team-management and statistically accurate experience. At the start of each season, amateur drafts can be conducted to choose players from colleges. Players can compete head-to-head, against the computer, or in career mode. There's also a separate program that allows users to modify or create new players.
