About Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is designed to visually match each environment in the 2007 film. Gamers take the role of Harry Potter, Sirius Black, and Professor Dumbledore as they explore the areas in and around Hogwarts. The teachers and officials in the magic community refuse to acknowledge the return of Voldemort, and so Harry and his friends have started training other students how to defend themselves against the Dark arts. Other aspects of gameplay include attending Herbology, Charms, Transfiguration, and Potions classes as well as completing side-missions for professors.

    How to play on Windows (Have to install)

    1. Download and extract Harry_Potter_and_the_Order_of_the_Phoenix_Setup_ISO_EN.zip
    2. Run AutoRun.exe to begin installing the game
    3. When the setup launches, they will ask for a CD key. Use the key found in "Serial Key.txt"
    4. When the installation is completed, copy-paste the files found inside the "NoCD" folder into the folder you installed the game in (by default, this is C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsHarry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix). When prompted, select to replace the files in the destination.
    5. Launch game by double clicking hp.exe
    6. Play the game

    Hello! I passed through the covered bridge crush!! It’s quite easy to fix, here’s what I did (with the chat Gpt help) : 1. Install the first version, pre-installed one. 2. Download the second version but don’t run it. In the second version’s files there are 2 folders inside the main folder, they’re called Ocompressed.zip and 1compressed.zip – decompress them. Inside the two of them you’ll find everything you need to fix the first, pre-installed version. 3. Make a backup of the pre-installed version and work only with the backup folder. 4. Make an “old broken files” folder inside the A version backup (or whatever you want to call it) inside the pre-installed backup version (let’s call it A version) and move there following files: data2.big data3.big data4.big and maps folder. 5. Now you need the right files from the version B (the non pre-installed one, that you haven’t installed yet). In Compressed you’ll find data2.big data3.big and data4.big ; in 1compressed you’ll find “maps”. 6. Copy those files into the A version backup. Now you have a game folder where there are mentioned files, plus data.big (we didn’t touch it), support and hp.exe
    THAT’S IT!!!
    You can start the game from this folder and try to go to the bridge, it worked immediately for me.

    Admin blocking you? Mount the DVD iso like normal. Open a command prompt as an administrator. Type “D:” without the quotation marks. Type “autorun.exe” without the quotation marks. Should work on most Windows 10+ platforms.

    so is this game ever going to be fixed, or? autorun doesn’t work, there’s no hp.exe & judging by the comments i’m seeing, people have been complainig for months

    Preinstall seems fine for first and second open, then later it seems to be missing fonts(?) any help or suggestions are appreciated.
