         However, for game-related changes it would be much better to leave a comment on the specific post – it helps us keep track of things and keep everything organized.

         Ah okay, it’s just that the contact form page states “This form is reserved for video game publishers and developers that want a game archived or unarchived. DMCA takedown requests must also be submitted here. For all other queries, please read the section below.”, so I didn’t get the impression that it should be used for any other contact reason(s).

         Furthermore, on https://oldgamesdownload.com/faq/, it states “If you find anything suspicious in one of our downloads please contact us immediately.”, with a link to that same contact form. This contradicts the statement on the contact page itself regarding what the contact form is apparently reserved for. 👀

         I think some parts of this website, particularly the text referring to contacting, really should be updated to make things clear and consistent across the board, because right now it’s at odds with itself and causes confusion.

         Additionally, I find it intriguing that the sister ‘site Flash Museum has a much more flexible contact page, yet Old Games Download has a much more restricted-sounding contact page, while also having mixed messaging on its desired usage, given the aforementioned inconsistencies not only between different pages but also what you’ve told me in your reply.

         Funnily enough, this is one of my critiques that I was going to point out in an E.mail message had you replied with a contact E.mail address. 😄

         Unfortunately putting the email address here would get it scraped by bots and we already receive hundreds of spam email daily – but feel free to send us a message on the contact form and we will reply with the website’s correct email address!
         In terms of your comment, I agree with what you say, the FAQs page is quite outdated and due for an update. To make it clear, in cases where there might be a suspicious file, we would still prefer a comment on that game’s page – that way all the users will be able to see the correspondence about it. It is also less likely to be missed by us.
