    The DOS files don’t have an .exe or .bat. In addition, the file_id.diz states that this is not the actual game, but rather an addon:
    Test Drive II Car Disk- Musclecars (1989)(Accolade, Inc.) [Racing – Driving, Simulation, Addon].zip
