World War II: Sniper – Call to Victory is a 2004 action game developed by Jarhead Games and published by Groove Games.
In this historically based first-person shooter, players take the role of a lone U.S. Airborne soldier who is dropped behind enemy lines. Using stealth tactics, the environment, and a selection of era-authentic weaponry that ranges from the Springfield M1903 rifle to bazookas and grenades, World War II Sniper players provide support for Allied troops in re-creations of battles in places such as Arnhem, Bastogne, Rees, Remagen, and Berlin. Weather effects add to the realism of the game's environments, and may help or hinder players as they pursue mission goals.
