Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is a music rhythm game, the third main installment in the Guitar Hero series, and the fourth title overall. The game was published by Activision and distributed by RedOctane. It is the first game in the series to be developed by Neversoft after Activision’s acquisition of RedOctane and MTV Games’ purchase of Harmonix, the previous development studio for the series.

How to play on Windows
- Download and Extract Guitar_Hero_III_Legends_of_Rock_Win_ISO_EN.zip
- Mount OGD_Guitar_Hero_III_Legends_of_Rock.iso and drag all files in the ISO to any folder
- Run GHMenu.exe
- Select “Install Game” and wait for game to finish installing
- Select “Patch v1.3” to patch the game to v1.3
- Select “No-CD Crack” to apply the NoCD to the game
- When your installation is completed, run “Setup.exe” to launch the game

me neither and the game doesnt let me play thru it stops as soon as the song starts

ive been really wanting to play this game and before i hoped into a song my yellow and blue buttons didnt work and when i got into a song only the green and orange were working and nothing else someone pls help
Trying to install and keeps going to the “repair or remove” wizard
When u get that message, usually u did like i also did is deleting the folder itself and not using the uninstaller. The Wizard will give you that message as a result because the file “AWL.dll” is deleted.

That happens when u deleted or moved the Guitar Hero III folder. The “repair or remove” message will pop-up since it didn’t detect the file called “AWL.dll”.
Solution for that is bring the “AWL.dll” back to where you deleted or move it then open up control panel and use the “Uninstall a program” then find the Guitar Hero III.
They are asking for a disk 2 on read me after the normal instalation but i don’nt have it, and on extra folder, how can we use ? My worst problem is that the game don’t save my progress did i do something wrong ?
You must’ve done something wrong. The “DATA” folder must be next the Guitar Hero III path or folder to where u installed it.
what or where is GHMenu.exe?? im new to this sorry if that dumb </3
You need to right click on a file with .iso extension, then you clock on “Mount” and you will find the whole files there
Can play this game online with my friends?
the game is downloaded and everything, but when im trying to play and im hitting on the keyboard, i can see that the buttons work but the game doesn’t recognize the inputs for some reason. Please help as i was so excited to play this game
hey! you gotta have a controller to play this game properly, if youre on a keyboard, you gotta press the strum button while pressing the a key
Would a PS3 controller (not one of the guitar ones) work? In the past I had problems with the trigger buttons not counting as actual keys.
