bro surely you have windows 10 or 11 , you need to download directx 9 or user end runtime (june 2010) from Microsoft official website , then install that in your system , go in windows features on or off , see if direct play is on , after it just enjoy and play .

hey so i found the solution for your problem it might work im not sure so search this “DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer” and install from Microsoft website what it will does that if u missing any files it will downlead them and the error you got might be one of the reason https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=35

can you add a CD files then i can download a need for speed most wanted into CD and play anywhere on this CD or sell it
