  1. With the release of the legacy edition, where do we install the pack now? I assume its different than the default directory. Has anyone had any luck installing this pack on the legacy edition? TIA!

  2. I’m unable to view the wiki page to get instruction how to mount the ISO file. I don’t have an IKEA folder bc I have the UC… Does anyone have the instructions how to do this? I’m not super tech savy either. TY

  3. “Run AutoRun.exe” It says that an administrator has blocked it for my safety. Running as administrator doesn’t stop the big red block.
I’m not at all tech savvy and this stuff gives me a headache. Does anyone know what to do?

    • you can’t “connect” single packs with the ultimate collection. I noticed as well that this IKEA pack is not included in the UC i got from this site. If you want this pack you’ll need to uninstall the Ultimate Collection and download the basegame and all packs separately

    • In case anyone else is having this same issue, yes for some reason some files were left out of the UC download from this website. You CAN however get those files from this download. Download and mount the ISO and there is a folder called compressed.zip. Just unpack it and copy the files into the IKEA folder in the Program Files/Sims 2 Ultimate Collection.

        • Hi, Lilian! Not the OP, but I might be able to help some: Once you download the IKEA pack and extract the files, you’ll find a folder (I think it’s a couple folders deep) that has a folder named “Crack” in it, an “.iso” file, a readme and an icon/link to this site. The ISO is the file titled “ogd-ikea.iso”. If you go to wiki/install-games-on-windows/ (on this website) and scroll about 2/3 of the page, there’s a guide on how to mount .iso files! 🙂
I realize it’s been nearly a year since you asked, so you may well have fixed the issue by now, but on the off chance you haven’t, I hope this helps!

      • Oh! I am SO grateful for your comment, THANK YOU! I figured there was a way to simply add it to the UC (since it has an Ikea folder), but couldn’t figure it out/am not tech-savvy enough to risk fiddling cluelessly around.

  4. If you’re downloading this pack because you’re missing IKEA items despite the folder showing in the Mr DJ installation path, try following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWU3__aECuE. It shows how to install the missing files without having to go through the administrator issues that this download sometimes provides.

  6. Hi! I’ve followed the steps without problems but when I get to step 3, I just can’t get to run AutoRun.exe, it doesn’t react at all when I click on it. I have tried running it as administrator and solving compatibility problems, but it didn’t work. Any option to solve this? Thanks!
