The Sims 2 is a 2004 strategic life simulation video game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to The Sims. The game has the same concept as its predecessor: players control their Sims in various activities and form relationships in a manner similar to real life.

I done everything but when I try to play the game it says failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters. What does it mean?
hi mehmet, when I installed it, it asked for directx so I installed it (it doesn’t work on some computers) but the game still didn’t run. maybe we need to crack it, but there is no crack file.

WTF! EARLIER I DOWNLOADED YOUR GAME AND STARTED IT UP, IT WAS INSTALLING UNTILL THERE WAS AN ERROR. THEN MY WHOLE SCREEN WENT BLACK SO I TURNED MY PC OFF. i now have a virus and my pc is completely recked. do NOT get this

Hiii!! so basically, I pretty much followed the instructions and kinda winged it, and and I managed to get it working and running, but I cannot get past the loading screen that says “….The sims 2 install in progress” and it’s on this like trivia game. I’ve waited like a day at this point for it to finish downloading, but it won’t get past this screen. I know it’s not a matter of my computer just taking a long time to download it, because I’ve downloaded Elden Ring and COD faster than this lol, and it’s not a matter of low storage, because I have like 700 GB left!! If anyone knows how to get the game started, lmk!! thanks!

it was working perfectly fine yesterday, until i tried to download sims 2 seasons on top of it. I uninstalled both and redownloaded, how do i fix please? I really want to play the sims 2 i was enjoying it yesterday 🙁

This happened to me too. You have to select “run as administrator” every time, then it’ll work.
