    I’m having trouble, too. It takes several minutes for the installation to begin, and when it does, it says: “The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. Data error (cyclic redundancy check)”

    The files end up being B6I and B6T – I tried to open through BlindWrite but it didn’t work.
    Could you please re-post? The base game (just the Sims 1) works fine on Windows 10, so can you re-post in the same format as that one?
