The setup.exe is not even launching anymore on Win11, and troubleshooting or the tips you see below here aren’t doing anything. A real shame, this is a lost gem of a game. As teenagers we built entire Shadowrun campaign around this story and ambience.

I get an error message: TF3D.dll

Has anyone a solution for that?

u need to enable directplay as in this guide

     https://www.easeus.com/computer-instruction/install-directplay-windows.html

then game will launch – it might still give u error wrong version (then u just need to download other crack)

     (these work: https://gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_cold_zero.shtml#Cold%20Zero%20v1.02%20%5BUK%5D%20No-CD/Fixed%20EXE%202 )
