     Unless you have bootcamp or something else on mac to emulate windows, i don’t think you can. but you could ask on other forums and see if they can answer your question

   This game was banned in several countries not because of its graphic content, but simply because this is the absolute lowest quality product R* has ever produced throughout the company’s existance. Shadows highlight your character to the enemies, the camera randomly decides to aim vertically at a 90 degree angle compared to where you’re aiming, the ai randomly decides to turn around for no apparent reason (though this is clearly due to R* refusing to optimize npc movement patterns), all enemies have a hivemind, so if one sees you, they all see you (this is especially annoying considering the fact that they can see through solid objects and that it is impossible to execute someone who knows you’re behind him), the stunlock does exist in this game as well as in the original, but they made the protagonist even weaker and scrawnier, causing half of every hit to stunlock you to death. Age is no excuse for a game of this low quality. The executions and overall theme of this game is good, but that’s honestly the only thing this game has going for it. There’s legitimately nothing else R* has accomplished with the release of this godawful title. It would be more rewarding to die off as a background enemy in Starweather’s show than it would be to play this atrocity of a game. I didn’t pay for it, but I want a refund, for the trauma of such bad game design.
