MechCommander: Gold is a strategy game released in 1999 which includes the original MechWarrior base game, as well as the MechCommander: Desperate Measures expansion pack. The game was developed by FASA Studio and published by MicroPose.

How to play on Windows
- Click on the download button. It should redirect you to your download. Make sure you download the file properly and that your internet does not disconnect while downloading.
- Extract the “Mech Commander Gold” folder to your desktop. You will need a software such as WinRAR to do this.
- Open the folder called “Game Files” and in there, you want to mount the disc image .nrg file called “mount this file” to any empty virtual disc. To do this, you will need to download a software such as PowerISO or Daemon Tools (right click on the file and there you should see your options to mount the file).
- Go back into the “Game Files” folder and then open the “Mechcommander” folder. In there you want to double click on the file called “MCX.exe” and the game should now automatically launch.
- Enjoy the game!
