MTV Sports: Skateboarding Featuring Andy Macdonald is a sports video game developed by Darkblack and published by THQ for Game Boy Color, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation and Dreamcast. It features skateboarder Andy Macdonald on the cover.
Andy Macdonald is here to show us that Tony Hawk didn't invent the skateboard. In MTV Sports: Skateboarding, you can play as Macdonald--or nearly 30 other professional and fictitious skaters--and try to work your way up the rankings. Since everyone is looking for tricks, mastering them will win you prizes and endorsements, as well as slots in higher-profile competitions. MTV Sports: Skateboarding comes with more than 40 levels, which will take you to both indoor and outdoor arenas, and 60 different tricks, which can be grouped into your own unique combos. There are also different game modes--Stunt, Freeskate, Lifestyle, and Deathmatch, to name a few. And if that weren't enough, the action in MTV Sports: Skateboarding is scored by such hard-core acts as the Deftones, System of a Down, Cypress Hill, Pennywise, and Goldfinger.
MTV Sports: Skateboarding is abandonware and no longer sold or supported by its publishers. Files are archived here for these platforms:
