   I’ve mounted and installed the software, and the very first time I played it worked perfectly. Now, whenever I try to play whenever I click anything in a room, the image files from the magic paint box don’t open and the game freezes, and I have to alt+tab to close the game manually – what might be causing this? I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t solve the problem

     A mi también me esta pasando el mismo problema , al igual que en el del lago de los cisnes con el libro de hechizo. Es frustrante esto , porque limita la jugabilidad.

   it installed but when I open it the screen goes completely black and I cant close it in any way unless I restart my pc its like everything freezes

   I get to the log in screen but then I can’t move the mouse at all to continue on into the game. Any idea on how to fix this? Really want to play it 🙁

    Hi! First of all, thanks for the game!
    However, I have encountered a problem. Every time I try to restore something and the pink box opens, nothing happens. None of the tools appear and the game sort of freezes, with the box still open and I being unable to close it or select other things in the room to restore and Rapunzel still talking in the background.
    Due to this, I am unable to play the game. Does anyone have any idea what I could do in this situation?
