   Thank you so much for providing the PC download file for this! The first method didn’t work for me (as mine didn’t extract as a zip file(?), maybe?). But method 2 for Windows, along with the fix file (because although it installed OK, it wouldn’t run at first) worked! I’ve only done pretty simple stuff so far, but the stage-by-stage tutorials of the new functions is really nice! Just the Key movement on PC (using the 4 arrows), I’d say, is a bit tricky. Also, I would highly recommend using a real mouse, as I can never get full marks on my spells without because my touch pad just isn’t big enough :/ And flying/protecting from nombs is also hard (especially when the game is lagging, which it does often). But other than that, I’m really enjoying it! Thank you again 🙂

   I managed to get it to run on windows 10 using method 2 plus the fix file! The game actually starts up and plays the music (yay!!!) …the only problem is that the screen is covered with black flickering boxes/pixels and strange segmented visual distortions and I can’t actually do anything beyond look at the start up menu. I would attempt to go into the settings and mess around, but it seems impossible to reach with all the crazy glitches (I can’t even see where the cursor is.) Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

   Some quick fixes:
   – if you get a General protection fault! History: applnit error, go into the program files and rename the .exe file, then try again.
   – if the game is lagging/won’t run smoothly, go to options and make sure that colour is set to 32 bit. If it’s set to 16 it won’t run properly and will be really slow.

     Go to:
     C:Program Files (x86)EA GamesHarry PotterSystem
     Right click the file with a golden snitch “HP.exe and rename it, I renamed it “HP1.exe”, without quotation marks.

   Is there a MAC version of this game? If yes, please suggest a site where I can find them.

     You won’t be able to play it on an up to date mac because the game wasn’t built in 64 bits and mac stopped supporting 32 bit apps a few months ago. I’d recommend running it with bootcamp

     Yeah, while there is a “Classic Mac” version of this game, it’s no longer supported in recent builds because of what Vingyard said. You’re better off downloading the PS and/or PS2 versions (both are vastly different and worth playing anyways) and downloading an emulator.

     Same issue. I have to pass half of the game again to understand why that happens..
     I suppose that’s because broken vases block it from rising, but I am not 100% sure.

   I downloaded this game but whenever I tried to run the exe nothing happened. I decided to scan it with my antivirus and it was flagged as a trojan.

     Antivirus will always scan cracked files as trojans, it’s called a “False positive.” The game won’t run because Windows 10 doesn’t like older games sometimes despite playing with the compatibility settings.

     Make sure you download the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone Windows 10 Fix at the top of the Additional Fixes, Patches, and other files on this same page, and it should make things work much better.

   Hello ! how to install the game on ps2! I have downloaded the games on my pc and then I burn all the files of the games on DVD then I put them on my ps2 but its not working oas can you help me please thank you !!

     You’re better off using a PS2 emulator, since they’re usually not meant to work on an actual console.

     It means you didn’t replace the original exe. file with the cracked version.

    Help, I’ve tried everything and it seems like it’s gonna work but it never boots up.. I have installed and trid both methods but nothing is working, tried to run as administrator and for windows xp compatibility

      I had the same problem, but I downloaded the Windows 10 fix from this page and now it kinda works perfectly. The game is just slowing a bit down every time I cast a spell but I can live with that. So maybe try downloading the correct fix from this page, then run as Administrator again. I hope it helps!

    I am stuck ive downloaded the game and i now have to shortcut on my desktop but anytime i try to open it now nothing happens, I dont even get an error message it just wont open… what should I do next?
