   To anyone having issues V’s comment worked for me.

   Go to the downloaded zip file.

   Double click ZOO_TYCN and then click setup go thru the install process. Then do the same thing with MARINA. Both of these should be mounted on virtual drives after you double click them.

   From there go to the .zoo startup file in the NOCD folder and paste that into the existing .zoo file to replace it, and you should be all set.

   This is on Windows 11 as of July 2023

     Mine isnt creating the virtual drive. I have downloaded both after extracting them.

   Wonderful! It work! Thank you sooo much.
   I can play on Win11, just run file ZOO_TYCN first and then MARINA, dont need to use NoCD because win11 auto made another drive (E) for me to play

   it shows its in a dvd drive when i dont have a dvd drive. i wonder why that is?

   so it was working for a bit before but i just tried to open it today after not playing for a while and now it wants me to insert a cd? i dont know how to work around that and i dont remember having to do that before

     I had the same Issue but you can just start it again using the Marina Setup und it will say play instead of install.

   In NoCD zoo.exe it says ijl15.dll is missing, normal zoo.exe installed by ISO Setup (ZOO_TYCN and MARINA) it needs to insert Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection CD-ROM.

     You need to mount both the .iso files included (zoo tycoon first, then marina) and run the setup, then open your install location and replace zoo.exe with the noCD version included. I think you’re just trying to open it without installing the game first.

   For anyone else who had the “missing .dll” issue on windows, you need to run the “ZOO_TYCN” disc image file. This allows you to download the game to your computer, rather than running the program in the NoCD folder.

     I had the same issue. Run the “ZOO_TYCN” program in the game files, not the application in the NoCD folder

     You have to mount it using a virtual CD drive to install the game then replace the launcher with the noCD launcher.

   I was able to install zoo tycoon and the marine/dino pack. If i click the desktop icon, I get a popup asking to insert the CD. If I open the SETUP app and select the “play” button, it just closes. Any suggestions on how to play?

    I’m trying to get it to work on a Mac. It never opens anything. It tells me this, doesn’t create the image and just stops after some second. Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

    It loads for a while then it just stops. It never opens anything. It there anything I’m missing?
