About Axis & Allies

Axis & Allies is a real-time strategy World War II video game developed by TimeGate Studios and published by Atari for Microsoft Windows. The game was released on November 2, 2004. It is based on the board game series Axis & Allies from Milton Bradley and also on TimeGate's Kohan series. Set in the years after Japan and the United States entered into the war, the game allows the player to act as a World War II commander to build military forces to fight against other generals, using military units and technologies from the war. The player is able to alter the history of World War II.

    How to play on Windows

    1. Download the "Axis_and_Allies_2004_Preinstalled_Win_EN.zip" file from the link above.
    2. Open the downloaded .zip file and extract the "Axis_and_Allies_2004_Preinstalled_Win_EN" folder to your desktop. You will need to use a software such as WinRAR to do this.
    3. Open the extracted "Axis_and_Allies_2004_Preinstalled_Win_EN" folder and then open the "Game Files" folder.
    4. Double click on the file called "AA.exe" and your game should now launch. When you first launch, they will ask you to insert a CD-key. Simply copy-paste the following key: B2WS-6JGH-PV7G-PBKP

    I have a question, does the installation version work on current Windows? I get the following error when installing and applying the crack with my language: “An error has occurred: ERROR: Node with language – specific subnodes did not match current language
    and had no default. Expression: ‘Localization/strings_AA_tgi’, File: ‘Localization/strings_AA.tgi’,
    Line: 0”

    When i am playing this awesome game suddenly it crash and straight away kick me out of game. Can any one help me fix this problem

    In order to play game u have use the navada or what grapic card app u use in your laptop or pc then switch to the gpu one not the CPU

    I followed the download instructions for the “preinstalled” file and received a “Fatal Error” note. I am operating on Windows 11 Pro. Hoping that there is a fix that can be applied so I can play.

    Had to get a new pc with windows 11 and my game will not work anymore. It installs okay but I get an error when I start to play. Is there a fix to play on windows 11?

      You have to set your scale to 100% under Display Settings on your Desktop. I have a 4K monitor, so mine is normally set to 150% which causes the game to have this problem.
